Mentally Unmuted

For this project, I developed the Mentally Unmuted podcast from the ground up, built around the message “Being silent has not healed anyone.” I created the full brand identity, including the logo, colour palette, and podcast cover, ensuring the visuals reflected honesty, calmness, and emotional depth.

All episodes were recorded and edited in Audacity, where I refined the audio, balanced levels, and ensured a clean, professional sound. Once completed, the podcast was published on Spotify, offering a safe and relatable space for open conversations about mental health.
